Si decido cambiar el uso del local para convertirlo en vivienda, \u00bfafecta a la tributaci\u00f3n?<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"20\">Si eres profesional y compras a otro profesional, seguramente aplicar\u00e9is la &#8220;renuncia a la exenci\u00f3n del IVA&#8221; y la &#8220;inversi\u00f3n del sujeto pasivo&#8221; para eludir el ITP del 10% y pagar solo el AJD. Pero la <strong>ley exige que el inmueble se destine a una actividad econ\u00f3mica para deducir ese IVA<\/strong>.
