S\u2019ha de tenir en compte que, si un dels hereus est\u00e0 en desacord amb la taxaci\u00f3 emesa pel p\u00e8rit, tindr\u00e0 dret a impugnar-la.<\/p>\n<p>En cas de dur a terme una impugnaci\u00f3, els hereus hauran de contractar un p\u00e8rit taxador propi, quelcom que pot elevar les despeses encara m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Has de tenir en compte que una valoraci\u00f3 judicial sempre estar\u00e0 per sota del preu que l\u2019habitatge pot assolir al mercat.
