Aquest grup de poblaci\u00f3\u00a0<strong>no haur\u00e0 de justificar la reinversi\u00f3 del benefici obtingut<\/strong> en un nou habitatge per poder gaudir de l&#8217;exempci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 estaran exemptes del pagament de l&#8217;IRPF les persones en situaci\u00f3 de depend\u00e8ncia severa o de gran depend\u00e8ncia segons la Llei de promoci\u00f3 de l&#8217;autonomia personal i atenci\u00f3 a les persones en situaci\u00f3 de depend\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Exempci\u00f3 per reinversi\u00f3 en habitatge habitual en el pagament de l&#8217;IRPF en concepte de guany patrimonial.
