Quin benefici pots obtenir en funci\u00f3 de l\u2019any en qu\u00e8 vas comprar el teu pis si decideixes vendre\u2019l aquest 2025?<\/p>\n<h2>El preu de l\u2019habitatge a Reus es dispara<\/h2>\n<p>El preu de l\u2019habitatge a Reus ha pujat un 27% en els \u00faltims 5 anys, seguint una evoluci\u00f3 molt similar a la registrada a la prov\u00edncia de Tarragona i fins i tot a Catalunya.
