{"id":16989,"date":"2024-10-15T11:38:19","date_gmt":"2024-10-15T10:38:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/info.vivendex.com\/?p=16989"},"modified":"2024-10-15T11:38:07","modified_gmt":"2024-10-15T10:38:07","slug":"3-dades-clau-per-a-entendre-la-problematica-de-lhabitatge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/info.vivendex.com\/ca\/3-dades-clau-per-a-entendre-la-problematica-de-lhabitatge\/","title":{"rendered":"3 dades clau per a entendre la problem\u00e0tica de l&#8217;habitatge"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>No hi ha dubte que la crisi de l&#8217;habitatge s&#8217;ha convertit en un dels problemes m\u00e9s destacats del moment, en tota Europa, per\u00f2 especialment a Espanya.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diumenge passat 13 d&#8217;Octubre, el peri\u00f2dic <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/elpais.com\/economia\/vivienda\/2024-10-13\/que-pasa-con-la-vivienda-diez-datos-esenciales-para-entender-el-problema.html\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Pa\u00eds<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, publicava un article en el seu suplement d&#8217;habitatge, sobre el qual coincidim plenament. I d&#8217;ell, extraiem 3 dades clau que creiem que us ajudaran a entendre la problem\u00e0tica de l&#8217;habitatge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>1. Salari i habitatge<\/b><\/h5>\n<p>Des de 2015 fins a 2023, el<a href=\"https:\/\/info.vivendex.com\/ca\/el-preu-de-lhabitatge-mes-alt-que-mai\/\"> preu de compra d&#8217;habitatges<\/a> va pujar un 47% i el <a href=\"https:\/\/info.vivendex.com\/ca\/la-limitacio-del-preu-del-lloguer-i-les-seves-consequencies\/\">lloguer<\/a> va augmentar un 58%, mentre que els salaris a penes es van incrementar \u00fanicament el\u00a0 17%. Aquesta disparitat ha creat una bretxa econ\u00f2mica significativa que dificulta l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a l&#8217;habitatge, especialment per als joves. La caiguda de la construcci\u00f3 d&#8217;habitatges des del 2008<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Durant la bombolla immobili\u00e0ria, es van arribar a construir fins a 600.000 habitatges anuals. Despr\u00e9s de la crisi econ\u00f2mica, aquesta xifra es va desplomar, i avui dia nom\u00e9s es construeixen al voltant de 90.000 habitatges a l&#8217;any. Aix\u00f2 contrasta amb la construcci\u00f3 en els anys 90, on fins i tot en \u00e8poques de crisis s&#8217;aixecava el triple d&#8217;habitatges. Augment de llars enfront del creixement de nous habitatges<\/b><\/p>\n<p>En 2023, es van crear 220.000 noves llars, el doble de l&#8217;habitual en anys anteriors, mentre que la construcci\u00f3 de nous habitatges no ha seguit el mateix ritme. Aquesta difer\u00e8ncia ha provocat una reducci\u00f3 en l&#8217;estoc d&#8217;habitatges disponibles, la qual cosa contribueix a l&#8217;augment dels preus.
