Tant l&#8217;habitatge nou com la de segona m\u00e0 van experimentar un creixement notable, impulsat en gran part per la demanda interna i l&#8217;inter\u00e8s inversor estranger.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Augment de Compravendes<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Catalunya, les <strong>compravendes d&#8217;habitatge<\/strong> nou van registrar un notable augment del <strong>35%<\/strong>, la qual cosa evidencia l&#8217;inter\u00e8s dels compradors per propietats recentment constru\u00efdes, especialment aquelles que ofereixen efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica i noves tecnologies.
