Segons les \u00faltimes dades, els preus han augmentat un 11,2% interanual, generant preocupaci\u00f3 tant en compradors com en inversors. Aquest creixement no sols supera les expectatives, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 planteja interrogants sobre el futur del sector, i molts es pregunten si estem davant l&#8217;inici d&#8217;una nova crisi o simplement davant un reajustament del mercat.<\/p>\n<p>Entre els factors que expliquen aquest increment es destaquen l&#8217;escassetat d&#8217;oferta de s\u00f2l disponible, l&#8217;augment en els costos de construcci\u00f3 a causa de la inflaci\u00f3 i l&#8217;alta demanda d&#8217;habitatges en les principals ciutats d&#8217;Espanya, com Madrid i Barcelona.
