El descens es deu tant als elevats tipus d&#8217;inter\u00e8s com a l&#8217;impacte de la Setmana Santa, que va alentir la recuperaci\u00f3 observada al febrer quan el mercat va experimentar un creixement del 3,8% despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un any de caigudes cont\u00ednues.<\/p>\n<p>En el primer trimestre de 2024, el nombre d&#8217;hipoteques constitu\u00efdes va disminuir un 8,3% respecte al mateix per\u00edode de l&#8217;any anterior. Aquest decreixemnet reflecteix una tend\u00e8ncia negativa que s&#8217;ha mantingut durant cinc trimestres consecutius, aguditzant aix\u00ed la crisi d&#8217;accessibilitat a l&#8217;habitatge a Espanya.<\/p>\n<p>El nostre CEO, Francesc Quintana, sost\u00e9 que &#8220;La tardana resposta del BCE en l&#8217;estabilitzaci\u00f3 de la inflaci\u00f3 en l&#8217;eurozona est\u00e0 picant el mercat hipotecari&#8221;, dificultant l&#8217;acc\u00e9s al finan\u00e7ament per a molts compradors. Experts com\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Mar\u00eda<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Matos<\/span>\u00a0de\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Fotocasa<\/span> esperen una desescalada dels tipus d&#8217;inter\u00e8s en la segona meitat de l&#8217;any, la qual cosa podria reactivar el mercat hipotecari. No obstant aix\u00f2, el tipus mitj\u00e0 es mant\u00e9 alt i el nombre d&#8217;hipoteques continua sent baix, la qual cosa sugereix un estancament a curt termini.<\/p>\n<p>Tan sols Navarra i Madrid van mostrar creixement en el nombre d&#8217;hipoteques al mar\u00e7, amb augments del 21,4% i 1,5%, respectivament. En contrast, Can\u00e0ries i Castella i Lle\u00f3 van experimentar les majors caigudes, superiors al 30%.<\/p>\n<h5>En resum, el mercat hipotecari espanyol enfronta desafiaments significatius a causa dels alts tipus d&#8217;inter\u00e8s i factors estacionals.
