Si entrem m\u00e9s detalladament, ser\u00e0 molt moderada, pr\u00e0cticament nul\u00b7la o amb lleugera tend\u00e8ncia a l&#8217;al\u00e7a en el producte dirigit a rendes m\u00e9s altes, i m\u00e9s accentuada en el de rendes m\u00e9s baixes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Resumen de les xifres m\u00e9s importants amb relaci\u00f3 als preus del 1T 2023 a Catalunya:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Descens trimestral del 2% i interanual del 4,5%.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Preus m2 mitj\u00e0 de 2.413\u20ac \/ m2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>La nova Llei d&#8217;Habitatge i el lloguer<\/h3>\n<p>Pel que fa al lloguer, un cop aprovada definitivament <a href=\"https:\/\/info.vivendex.com\/ca\/mesures-nova-llei-habitatge\/\">la famosa Llei de l&#8217;Habitatge<\/a> i a l&#8217;espera de con\u00e8ixer quins municipis demanaran la seva total implementaci\u00f3 (\u00e0rees tensionades), la tend\u00e8ncia encara \u00e9s la mateixa. Ens trobem davant de <strong>menys oferta<\/strong> (descens del 6,2% interanual) <strong>i augment de preus,<\/strong> en aquest cas del 11,1% interanual.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Noves formes d&#8217;explotaci\u00f3 d&#8217;immobles\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sembla que les noves formes d&#8217;explotaci\u00f3 d&#8217;immobles, com <a href=\"https:\/\/info.vivendex.com\/ca\/pisos-llicencia-turistica-barcelona\/\">els lloguers tur\u00edstics<\/a> o de curta estan\u00e7a, van sumant adeptes.
