Origen del lead<\/h2>\n<p>No t\u00e9 res a veure un lead referit d&#8217;un client amb el qual ja hem treballat pr\u00e8viament, que <a href=\"https:\/\/info.vivendex.com\/business-partners\/ca\/tecniques-de-generacio-de-leads-immobiliaris\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">un lead que ens arriba d&#8217;una captaci\u00f3 per internet<\/a>, porta freda o de qualsevol altre mitj\u00e0. <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">En un lead referit ja tenim guanyada part de la seva confian\u00e7a<\/span>, arriba a nosaltres perqu\u00e8 ens coneix i perqu\u00e8 ha rebut bons comentaris sobre el nostre treball. Valoraci\u00f3 correcta de l&#8217;immoble<\/h2>\n<p>Si tenim un client molt motivat per\u00f2 vam sortir amb un preu de mercat desajustat, ens costar\u00e0 molt tancar la transacci\u00f3.
